DSC00007.jpgTerry Flynn is Ron Bernstein's right-hand man as far as the Riggen revival is concerned. Ron was how I came in contact with Jairus Watson and was instrumental in my vintage efforts early on. I will in fact be talking with Terry tonight-not so much about his Super III cars-what Aurora COULD have done, but for a toned down Super II chassis build. By this I mean without a Quadralam but perhaps a balanced Mean Green and matched Super II magnets. Riverside is not a long-legged course by any means, so tractability would need to be its strong suit. Not to meantion the affordability factor-word is from my wife that we have a leaking hot water pipe in our house in Rougemont when she stopped by after a physical theraphy session for a separated pelvis. Thankfully she stopped by the house-no telling what we would have found a couple of weeks later! I am also talking to Ron Bernstein about acquiring a vintage Riggen chassis. He has one with a white crown and guide flag which is right up my alley. I would get Jairus Watson to paint a body for each car rather than going with the factory offerings. Personally the Aurora Super II body is hoaky at best and the Riggen bodies with their fade paint job are not too far behind. Give me more added realism any day! God Bless! Tony006.jpg
