It's the Slot Car Community we are at HOSlotRacer.com.

Thanks to a recent article, Kelly Morman wanted to get his hands on some of these hybrid mini bulbs.

Now you may think this story is a beat-up. I assure you it isn't because the deal was at cost price so it's not at all about money, nor is it about beating my own drum. It's about emphasizing all of us here are part of an electronic community and community is about helping each other. This has been documented time and again by the Guru himself.

I have learned so much from these pages that my knowledge of HO slotties has increased exponentially in the past year. I read intently all the articles, tips, blogs, reference etc just to learn more about the hobby and I am grateful for all the members' contributions. Inversely I hope my articles benefit other members.

Kelly, happy to have been of assistance. Your package will be in the post after Easter break.

Angel-You are a gentleman and a scholar to boot-my guess is that you are just as nice a guy in person as in print! Ray and I have been tight not just from working on the site but have developed an awesome friendship as well. Although we have not met, it is more than just an assumption that he is A-OK too. Besides, he has exhibited his capacity for warmth and understanding time and time again. I also knew Dennis H. way before the site in a similar manner and found him to be both generous in soul and spirit as well as giving without gain. You are that as well. Hawkmoon Gary is also from the same mold. I have also enjoyed conversing with Kelly and found him of the same trusting genre of folk that we have here. We share an adventurous part of our lives as well with his happening still and mine as memories. NIce. As we grow older, we may not be much to look at (A-Men to that) and I am working on expanded girth and dealing with arthritis pain daily. But I have come to the point that my association with this community is a VERY important part of my life now. We are a group whose word is yes and it means YES and you can take it to the bank. Should I never gain another Aurora Hot Rod for the Pit Kit or another car for the pit box, or even not finish restoring my MGB, I have in the past year come to the point that these things, although at times important are not as important as RELATIONSHIPS. I have never been a big fan of websites, much less ever posted a blog before joining here, I just want to say ditto to what you guys said and in this day and time it is always refreshing to find people you can trust. Ray, thanks for what you started, and to all of you PLEASE keep it up.

I just Can't Help Myself!

Kelly; when we are all associated with such fine folks as Ray, Angel, Gary, Jase, Dennis, Matt and yourself (If I have left anyone out I am sorry) it is hard to not continue on in this. You guys have inspired creativity beyond measure and have made this above all FUN. We have all been stretched. Because we all understand each other and above all ENCOURAGE one another both in the hobby context as well as outside the hobby, we all cannot help but enjoy it. Working with you all has put this hobby into a proper context of RELATIONSHIPS first. Among these of course is a family that we all have as kith and kin, but we honor our family in just how we have conducted ourselves here. I can certainly say this as site marshal. I am not ashamed to show this to anyone, including my boss and especially my wife and my pastor. God Bless and Happy Easter! Tonymgbbrown
